Tru Outreach, Inc. is a non-profit organization comprised of a group of compassionate and trauma-informed professionals who are dedicated to helping children, families, and communities. Tru Outreach understands the necessity of addressing early childhood trauma as well as current everyday emotional, psychological, and social stressors. We are passionate about providing outreach services within underserved communities where there are limited resources and therapeutic facilities available.
Specifically, Tru Outreach provides Teletalk, a live online counseling service, within the comfort of your own space. Teletalk is supportive, convenient, and private. We bring the help to YOU!
Tru Outreach is committed to providing outreach services to inner-city youth and families where social and emotional assistance is lacking. Our focus is directed towards, but not limited to, disadvantaged communities where racism and inequality are unfortunate, yet ever-present, parts of life. Tru Outreach enthusiastically organizes with other like-minded individuals and organizations to accomplish outcomes that benefit the whole community.
Tru Outreach is committed to advancing social justice impasses and failures with the goal of achieving equal economic, political, and social rights for all.
Tru Outreach is looking for LICENSED therapists, social workers, mental health counselors, creative arts therapists, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, etc. Therapists will be hired as Independent Contractors, reimbursing 50% of whatever is earned per session. We are seeking licensed professionals with experience which may include, but not be limited, to the following:
